01 Delete Your Data
Remove all data while keeping your account
- 1 Open the Hidden Self app
- 2 Go to Settings
- 3 Tap “Delete All My Data”
- 4 Confirm deletion
All journal entries, mood data, and personal information will be permanently deleted from our servers.
02 Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your account and all data
Warning
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account will cancel it immediately. You will not be charged again and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
- 1 Open the Hidden Self app
- 2 Go to Settings
- 3 Tap “Delete Account”
- 4 Review the warning
- 5 Confirm deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
